We listed this property before with Jeanne but pulled it out since there was very little movement as to land sales and we were not in a hurry to sell. After retiring we decided to sell some of our properties and so we contacted Jeanne since we had a good experience with her the previous time and knew she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were always kept abreast of what was going on with the listing.

A monthly report was sent to us showing a lot of details, e.g. how many views there were of the property, the number of inquiries/calls made about it, etc. Jeanne Martin was on top of it. Lori King, her assistant, would call us if Jeanne could not make the call herself. We were never out of the loop. As we said before, the process from the inception, i.e. the listing to the closing was handled very efficiently and professionally.
